Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him: and all the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him.
I have heard so many people say to me: “You really believe this?” I have to admit I also at one time in my life was guilty of saying the same thing. I can remember laughing at my sister when she tried to tell me, that I could go to Hell if I did not believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins, and if I would only ask Him to come into my heart and believe, I would have eternal life.
One morning I woke up and looked at the clock on the night stand, it was 8:00 in the morning, and as I sat up on the side of the bed, a voice told me to get baptized. I had no idea what baptize meant, but I knew that I had to follow what that voice told me. I was not afraid of the voice, but it was so powerful, that I was left with no other option then comply.
I made several calls to find a preacher to baptize me, and the last call I made, the preacher said “if I would come to Church for a month, I would know if this was real, and if so baptize me.”
I began to read the Bible, and how Jesus Christ died on a cross for all my sins. I read how he was on the earth in the flesh once, and would come back again to take those that believe, to heaven with Him.
The song that brought me to the alter was, “Just as I am without one plea, oh Lamb of God I come to thee.” I went forward, and am now a blood bought child of a living God.
Hebrews 9:28
so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him, He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.
