and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.
I love to look at nature, and see the works of God. Sometimes in the evening my husband and I will go outside, looking up in the sky, and the sunsets seem as though God has painted a picture for us to enjoy.
We live in the country, and across the field from us, a family has planted trees along their driveway. As the trees grew they placed a single white light on the trunk.
In the early spring and all summer long after the sun goes down, the lights on the trees come on, and it gives a picture of a cross. To me a reminder of the sacrifice my Lord and Savior did for me.
As fall starts, the leaves on the tree turn a burnt orange, and when the lights come on at dusk, it causes the cross to turn blood red. Again, this gives me a reminder, of the blood that was shed for my sins and yours.
To God give all Glory and Praise.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.
